.Rpoj.user creates lock_file

Hi there,

I have an .Rproj.user that creates a lock_file that I am unable to delete or do anything. When I try to delete or modify it denies access. trying to delete it in CMD administrator is also futile. The Rproj is in a Box folder that lives offline in my local computer and the cloud. The same type of file exists in other Rprojects I have set up the same way but it can sync to the cloud or be deleted. Any ideas on how to delete this file? Is it necessary?
