Hi all! So it seems that rlang.tidyverse.org is giving a 404 error; has this page been moved to a different location? If so, https://www.tidyverse.org/packages/ is linking to the wrong place!

I'd encourage you to create an issue for this on the tidyverse.org's issue tracker:
https://github.com/tidyverse/tidyverse.org/issues. I'm sure they'll want to correct that.
I also changed the category to tidyverse (FAQ: How Do I Change Categories, Tags, and Title?)
