retaining row numbers in view when viewing tibbles etc. and scrolling horizontally/ freezing columns

Hello,

maybe I missed some hidden switch? - but when scrolling horizontally it would be very helpful to see row numbers and even more so if several columns could be freezed from horizontal scrolling

BTW thanks for RStudio - it such a help in learning R! I love it!
