Hey everyone, I'm fairly new to R and RStudio, and I was wondering if there are any courses or resources anyone could recommend that do a thorough job teaching how to perform analyses such as t-test, anova, regression, chi-square etc.

In addition to @williaml 's suggestion, there is {lsr} with its associated text. It's crucial to approach this with the mindset that primarily seeking to understand what various tests tell you, much more than how to do them. Pay special attention to the null hypothesis, it's not always what you may think it is in relation to \alpha.
