Reoccurring error with R Studio when opening the software

I have a recurring problem for a user where after every restart, R Studio states R is taking longer than usual to start.
Then if the application is terminated, an error message is shown.

Deleting and recreating the users profile disk (FSLogix is in use) resolves the issue for a day, but not longer.

Any ideas on this?
