Rcpp issue: unable to deploy app

I am getting an error when trying to deploy my shiny app. First time I have had this issue. Existing version of the app deploys without issue. The final error is as follow. I am not able to post the full output due to posting constraints.

Error: Unhandled Exception: Child Task 1298471073 failed: Error building image: Error fetching Rcpp (1.0.10.2) source. unable to satisfy package: Rcpp (1.0.10.2)
