rcmdr not launching from RStudio

Hello, rcmdr is not launching from RStudio. I am getting the message below and then RStudio gets stuck.

Loading required package: splines
Loading required package: RcmdrMisc
Loading required package: car
Loading required package: carData
Loading required package: sandwich
Loading required package: effects
lattice theme set by effectsTheme()

I can't find the solution in previous posts here. I have tried updated RStudio to latest version. I am using PC (not a mac). I haven't used rcmdr for 12 months or so but it worked perfectly last time. I have updated RStudio several times since so perhaps that is the issue and I am missing a package?
