when I have two groups of data "test" and "control" under the column "type". I want to see the rarefaction graph output in the form of types of samples (i.e. test and control) and also which will also show boxplots in the curve. I want it to look like the rarefaction curve in this image (1.2 MB) . Can anyone tell me how can I get that?
Also, can you please tell why I am not able to see the first ascending portion of the graph?
