HP recently refreshed the OS in my Laptop and I reloaded R and RStudio. R runs ok but RStudio freezes up after a few clicks in a script. The scripts are not large files. I since uninstalled both R and RStudio and reinstalled on C Drive as Default but still RStudio freezes up.....can anyone help Please!!
Try changing to software rendering, you can change it by holding the Ctrl key while opening RStudio, then you should see this menu and change the "Rendering Engine" to "Software".
