RStudio automatically expands chunks that I collapse intentionally when searching for words in a specific chunk. This is problematic because when you have long code, a correction can be inserted in the wrong chunk as its title may be off the screen and not visible (there is no option to restrict searches to a specific chunk). Enforcing closed chunks to stay closed and inaccessible to search, unless the user reopens them will solve this problem.
