R Shiny App Deployment hanging and subsequently exiting

Howzit?

I am struggling with the deployment of my app - I've shared what the log shows
The app runs fine on my local machine but it loads until it shows

"An error has occurred
The application failed to start.

exit status 1"

What am I missing? I am using rsconnect::setAccountInfo(name, token, secret) and then rsconnect::deployApp(forceUpdate=TRUE)
