R Session Aborted with ggplot2 and ggmap functions

Hi! I'm a Linux user (distro Ubuntu MATE 20.04.2 LTS Focal Fossa), since I updated RStudio from version 1.3 to 1.4 every time I try to run any ggplot2 or ggmap's function a message appears:

"R Session Aborted
R encountered a fatal error
The session was terminated"

This does not occur with r-base plots.
I'd appreciate any kind of help!

Have you also updated your R version to 4.1.0? If so, you need to use the preview version of RStudio for compatibility.
