Hi all,
I'm supporting a friend of mine at UniFi who would like to apply a Bayesian SIR model to COVID data at a region level (Lombardy, Tuscany, etc.) in Italy. The data can be downloaded from
but a tidy
API such as that of tidycovid19, which provides some convenient visualizations and summaries, would be very useful. Unfortunately, tidycovid19
(which is a great package, btw) provides data at the country level. Do you know of any packages with similar capabilities, but providing subnational level data for Italy? Thanks in advance!
