R and bash wrappers with optparse and commandArgs

Hello,

I have another general question. I am looking to get more information/practice with writing R scripts with bash wrappers. I know optparse and commandArgs are the go to places for this, but what I really want is a book/site with examples that I can learn from to better understand the usage of these two packages. Can anyone point me to some resources?
