R-4.2.1 for Windows: Error when installing packages

Hi,
I'm quite new to R and would appreciate your help.

I have Windows 10 Pro and installed R-4.2.1 for Windows and RStudio Desktop 2022.07.1+554, and got the following error when trying to install any package (I hadn't that problem with older versions). Does anyone know how to solve it?

install.packages("lme4")
