My experience with editing quarto documents in RStudio has been deteriorating lately. Ever since March I've been having more buggy behaviour, unexplainable freezes and a general higher amount of frustrations. I can't seem to pinpoint what is the cause of this, and I am wondering if other people have been experiencing the same lately or if there is something wrong on my end.
Some examples include code chunks freezing after errors, shortcuts no longer working as expected, increasing loading times for displaying gt tables or ggplots.
I wish I could provide some more meaningful reproducible examples, but these examples of worsening behaviour tend to come and go randomly and I have been unable to reliably reproduce any of it. Is this something other people recognise as well?
