I am not sure if there is a Quarto book project option in the Posit Cloud. The Quarto documentation shows the screenshot of New Project -> Quarto Book Project option in the locally installed RStudio. But I am unable to find this option on Posit Cloud. I also did not find any documentation for this functionality. Can someone please let me know if it is possible or not using the Posit Cloud. I know that we can create a Quarto document on Posit Cloud but there is no option for the book project. This is the link containing the screenshot that I am referring to. Quarto – Creating a Book
