So i am new to coding and I am trying to push my project from posit cloud to github, and i've tried all the different instructions online, but it's not working. I am really frustrated that something so simple is seemingly so challenging. I put the code that the github repository gives you, put it into the terminal area of the console, and it just says authentification failed.. I am beyond frustrated ... Please help..

Sounds like you might need to set up a personal access token on GitHub and use that as a password:
