Unable to open, doesn't respond to Relaunch Project
This now appears to be affecting multiple of my projects in separate workspaces.

Sorry you are having issues. If you are having issues accessing multiple projects this can sometimes be resolved by logging out and in again.
It also tends to indicate there you could be affected by a client side issue. Are you seeing any error messages in your console? Also supplying a HAR file can sometimes help us identify the issue. These can contain sensitive data so if you are able to send one please send it to me by private message.
