Problems with special characters in Windows User Name

Hi,

R-Studio does not start due to a path error that seems to be caused by a special character in my Windows user name ("Voß") .

Here's the error message:

PROCESS OUTPUT
The R session process exited with code 1.

ERRORS
[3232:19084:20220914,130521.629:ERROR crash_report_database_win.cc:586] CreateDirectory C:/Users/Anderas Voß (neu)/AppData/Local/R/crashpad_database: Das System kann den angegebenen Pfad nicht finden. (3)

R is working, when I start it outside RStudio.

Any workarounds are very welcome!
