Problems installing packages between CRAN and file location

Hi - new to R/RStudio and having repeated difficulty transferring packages between selected CRAn repository and specified laptop location. Have de/re-installed, changed repository, checked/unchecked boxes on Global Options menu and given 'permission' for Firewall to allow communication between locations. Kinda at a loss to know what next - any thoughts?

can you provide some code you tried ? and what are the error message ?
Do not send print screen. Use markdown syntax to format correctly.
