Problem with accessing my files

Hi everyone,
So I have a problem with my files compartiment on Rstudio.
It's like Rstudio doesn't have acces to all my files on my laptop.
The folder downloads is not showing. I can only import datasets with the import button but not from the files.
I already configurated the working directionary, I have installed and reïnstalled it several times but it doesn't help. I also seen no one on the internet with the same problem and I really wonder why it would't change after reïnstalling it.
Can anyone help me please?

What operating system are you using (Windows, Mac, Linux)? What does your "Files" tab look like, what have you tried that doesn't work?
