Problem publishing to connect from workbench

An error publishing from workbench to connect is sending me to the logs. Seems like this is halting the execution.

In packrat::restore(overwrite.dirty = TRUE, prompt = FALSE, restart = FALSE) :

The most recent snapshot was generated using R version 4.2.1

Any ideas?
