Problem Installation of package

I have installed r studio and r 3.4.3. but when am trying to instal any package, many errors are showing.. for 2 days I am stuck with this problem.

Are you behind a firewall/inside a controlled network (e.g. a corporate one)? It may be that you need to configure your firewall/corporate proxy to let R connect to CRAN to install packages.

Well, first question are you trying to install packages on a computer at home; or at work, school, or some other computer that might be managed by someone who isn't you?

My own computer at home, managed by me. in my machine i have installed kaspersky internet security. Xamp using port 80.
