In M1 Ventura 13.5 RStudio new installation is asking me to install command line developer tools. I tried to solve as advised here https://forum.posit.co/t/how-do-i-prevent-rstudio-on-mac-from-asking-to-download-command-line-tools-for-git/ but did not work. No packages or anything done since installation.
