Prevent R studio server from backing up sessions

Brand new installation of Rstudio 2023.06.0 I have adjusted global options to uncheck the restore .Rdata I have adjusted global options to set save workspace to .Rdata as never. Problem: If I restart session using either menu or ctrl-shift-f10 a yellow flag drops down from file menu ribbon at top that says "Backing up R session". This Backup process lasts 15 to 20 seconds even if the session is at a bare minimum as below. I have the same issue. Did anyone knows a possible solution?

Sounds similar to When selecting Session --> Restart R, RStudio often displays "backing up R session" message, even though "Never" save workspace is selected in Global Options · Issue #14511 · rstudio/rstudio · GitHub; we're looking into it.
