Positron extension for finding/running R tutorials

I created a Positron extension which finds all the R tutorials in any installed R package, presents them to the user, and then allows the user to easily start them.

This is a great idea for improving the user experience in Positron. Simplifying the way users discover built-in documentation and tutorials makes it much easier to dive into new packages without searching through the console. Thanks for putting this together!
