Posit website contact forms not working

I'm trying to subscribe to the Posit blog. But the form does not respond at all when I click on the Confirm button, and I've not had any confirmatory email. Likewise, when I click 'Talk to us' and then I fill in the contact form to try to notify Posit that their manage-subscriptions form is not working, I fill in all the fields and again I check the box to agree to the privacy policy, and then when I click Submit, nothing at all happens. I've tried both Microsoft Edge and Firefox, both exactly the same.

Hello! Thanks so much for reaching out. Could you please let me know the URLs of the contact forms you tried and if you are redirected to our 'Thank You' page after clicking submit? For context, here is what the successful confirmation looks like on my end (using Firefox):

If you aren't seeing that, it might be a conflict with a browser extension. Could you try submitting the form in an Incognito window or with your extensions temporarily disabled to see if that fixes it?

Thank you. Sorry for the delay - the email notifying me of your message told me I could respond by replying to the email, but today I received an undeliverable notification on that as well! To answer one of your questions, no, my browsers definitely did not display that confirmation page. You asked for the URLs - I've attached screenshots showing the two pages that did not work. Thank you. Oops the page will only accept one file upload at a time from a new user, so I've kept the first page that did not work, the subscription management page.

Unfortunately using an InPrivate window is making no difference. I click Submit and nothing happens.

And I've tested both forms in the Firefox InPrivate window (in addition to MS Edge), and it is precisely the same. I opened the Web Developer console and looked at Debug and nothing is added whenever I click on the Submit button. But there are four errors listed called New Relic Warning, don't know if that helps, see attached. Kind regards, Pauline
