We are setting up the pro versions of posit-wb and a requirement was a functioning vscode instance sind the python capabilities of posit-wb itself are sparse to put it mildly.
But, even after providing a vscode-extension.conf with our global extensions they fail to install since posit-wb does not download the correct extension version that fits for the vscode version shipped with wb. Instead it downloads the newest versions and then fails to install due to incompatibility.
This defeats the point of having vscode in the first place since its extensions make it useful. Please advice on how to convince posit-wb to load the compatible extension versions.
