Unfortunately, we had an incident this morning, but it recovered around 9AM eastern time. Are you still seeing issues?
it came up eventually. So far it is really slow. I will let you know how it goes when every one in class gets in and tries to use it.
As an aside yesterday we noticed that the default repository options in posit cloud isn't using binary packages now, this seems like a new thing. tidyverse for example took 10+ minutes to install or it timed out all together. Used a mess of ram too. Don't know if this is related but I wanted you to know.
users are intermittently getting a server error message. refreshing several times eventually gets a full launch but if it times out the issue repeats
Additional note the Posit Cloud containers look like they are running on Ubuntu 20.04 which reached end-of-life last month. Again not sure if that is related but...
Hi, sorry to hear you are still seeing issues. Can you share the project id that is failing?
Note, the ubuntu version is not the issue, we are aware of that and are working on addressing it.
Hi things seem to be working better today with another training group project. Still slower than normal but they do seem to be opening
