I teach an online class, and I am in the process of checking all the scripts and assignments that I share with my students. I usually leave my scripts from the previous year in the Cloud space, so I have to "activate" the newer R version. When I pick the latest R version, I noticed that most projects allow me to pick 4.3.1 , but there are a few that show 4.3.0 as the latest version.
Why is that?

But considering that I teach an intro level class, I don't think I have to worry about it? Seems like the differences between those two versions are minor?

Version 4.3.1 should be available to all projects. Its possible the project you saw that didn't have 4.3.1 available may have been started before our rollout of the new version was finished. If you reopen that project it should be available now.
