We as a research team at university of Guelph want to have a workshop which requires participants to have access to RStudio cloud. We have a couple of questions that we appreciate any help;
1- We plan to go with Cloud Instructor license; However, we are wondering if participants should have an university email account to be able to get access? Or they can get access with any email address "as far as" we give them an access? If they have to have an university email account, so this license seems to not be working and we appreciate your suggestion about the proper license that we can get.
2- Can participants be able to switch between their "free" and "given access": accounts? or as soon as they have a license -based access, they can't use RStudio cloud in a free way?
