Pane layout issues

I keep trying to put my Viewer pane in the top right pane by clicking on Viewer. It's really nice to be able to look at Source + Console + Viewer all at once. but this never seems to work for me---the Viewer just opens up on my Source pane, and when I go and look at Pane Layout again, Viewer is unselected!

I keep thinking it will go away in the subsequent release of the IDE, but it seems to follow me... does this happen to anyone else??

Someone can correct me if I am wrong, but I think View() is not the same as the Viewer being referenced in the Page Layout options.

The Viewer is used for web content, while View() calls up the Data Viewer.

There could probably be better names for RStudio's Viewer, and maybe a Data Viewer layout option.
