The State of Minnesota will be issuing food support to families with children receiving free and reduced price lunch. Before the pandemic, the children of these families received these meals at school. Now that schools are closed, the state is sending food via EBT cards to these families. We are working with Code For America to build an online application for families. We are planning to set up a help desk for applicant to call to inquire about status of their application. I'd like to create a shiny app for workers to enter case numbers and see what information is available for that case.
