Hello! Over the past few days I have been having issues with my desktop R studio in that several packages I am trying to install are failing and showing me this error:
Error in unpackPkgZip(foundpkgs[okp, 2L], foundpkgs[okp, 1L], lib, libs_only, :
ERROR: failed to lock directory ‘H:\R-Library\4.6.1’ for modifying
Try removing ‘H:\R-Library\4.6.1/00LOCK’
I reinstalled and updated R Studio to the most recent version but seem to still be having the issue. The above error message is relating to the semPlot package but I am having the same issue with other packages too and as such none are loading with the library command. It's odd as it has been running fine and all of a sudden in the past few days I am having an issue.
Any advice to resolve this would be hugely appreciated. Thank you!
