Packages automatically diasppeared

My packages automatically disappeared from the RStudio when I installed R 3.6.2 from R 3.6.1 after about 2 weeks. What happened to my packages that were previously installed?

I assume you are on Windows because on Windows each R version gets installed on its own separate folder (also with independent libraries), you would have to manually copy your libraries from your old version and paste it on the new library folder and then update them, as explained here.
