Package 'stats' in options("defaultPackages") was not found

Hi guys.

I installed R 4.4.0 , Rstudio (ver:2024.04.1+748), and Rtools44 in C:// Also my PC system is Windows10.
I don't understand why do i start the Rstudio I have this error message.

""
package ‘stats’ in options("defaultPackages") was not found
inDL(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now), ...)
""

I set up PATH in environment variable.
Hope to discuss about this issue.

If you type library(stats) in the console does it produce an error message? (If things are working correctly, it should produce no output and just silently succeed.)
