package ‘stats’ in options("defaultPackages") was not found

Hello,

I installed R and R-studio in my PC, using my admin account. When I log in to my other user account and open R-Studio, I get the following error message:

During startup - Warning message:
package ‘stats’ in options("defaultPackages") was not found 
Error in inDL(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now), ...) : 
  unable to load shared object 'C:/Program Files/R/R-4.3.3/library/stats/libs/x64/stats.dll':
  LoadLibrary failure:  The network path was not found.

This is not the case when I run R-Studio via the Admin account. Any ideas on how this could be fixed?
