Hi Friends,
I'm currently in the process of updating my Rstudio Team servers (Server Pro, Package Manager, & Connect) and updating my licenses.
I just updated Rstudio Package Manager but now I am unable to login to the package manager website and I am getting an HTTP ERROR 503. I am of course holding off on updating the other 2 servers until I figure this out. I'd love some help on troubleshooting where the actual problem is.
To update the license keys and server upgrade on an Ubuntu 18.04 I did the following:
$ sudo apt-get install gdebi-core
$ sudo wget https://s3.amazonaws.com/rstudio-package-manager/ubuntu/amd64/rstudio-pm_1.2.2-4_amd64.deb
$ sudo gdebi rstudio-pm_1.2.2-4_amd64.deb
$ sudo /opt/rstudio-pm/bin/license-manager deactivate
$ sudo /opt/rstudio-pm/bin/license-manager activate ************** (I put my license key here)
$ sudo systemctl restart rstudio-pm
When I look at the status of my server in my terminal and also in AWS - it is running and passing all systems checks!
sudo systemctl status rstudio-pm

When I checked the status of my license with sudo /opt/rstudio-pm/bin/license-manager status
I see everything is great:

When I check to see if my server if listening to the right ports with sudo netstat -nlp
everything also looks ok:

What else can be done to troubleshoot and find out why the site is not actually working? Also, I need to update my license keys for the other servers asap as they are expiring and I'd like to make sure that this doesnt happen in those servers as well.
Thanks
Rika
