It looks the Package Manager is down. However https://status.posit.co/ is all green.

I can confirm this. Posit Package Manager url is giving a 502 Bad Gateway error.
Hope this can be fixed soon. We are hosting a large number of production Shiny dashboards that use renv.
At the moment, we cannot update their dependencies.

It is being investigated now.
And it looks to be fixed.
Apologies for this. We had a scheduled database maintenance (in AWS RDS) that should not have caused any problems but did. We see everything back to normal now.
