Package cannot be installed on Windows Server 2008 with rhub::check_for_cran

I'm getting a package installation error when checking for CRAN with rhub. Checks pass without any issues on Fedora Linux and Ubuntu Linux.

Is there any way to get more information on why the package cannot be installed? The error message is not very descriptive...

I also ran devtools::check_win_devel()and the check seems to have passed with the results here: https://win-builder.r-project.org/bRRi55gLkD1C/ (only available for ~72 hours)
