Open/Save File window not resizing when move from 4K to HD monitor

I have a 4K Windows 10 laptop (Dell XPS) connected to a HD monitor (HP M27 FHD). I am using latest version of RStudio (2021.09.0 Build 351).

When I move RStudio IDE from my 4K screen to HD screen it resizes properly. However, the modal file window remains at high resolution so it appears huge on my HD monitor - see screenshot.

Any ideas for fixing this?
