Older Version of OpenMx to use with NPSOL Optimizer

I am looking to run some stats using OpenMx. The latest version is not compatible with the NPSOL optimizer necessary for my analyses.

I have tried to install the older version of OpenMx and this is the message I get:

I tried to install this both as a package and with the source for source('https://vipbg.vcu.edu/vipbg/OpenMx2/software/getOpenMx.R') which only re-installs the latest version of OpenMx and sends me back into this endless loop.

Any advice?
