Thank you very much for paying attention to my request. Can you suggest me a method to calculate a normalization constant in a simple way?

As you can see in this paper, Table 1 shows the use of normalization constants (i.e. n0 and p0). If I wanted to replicate the calculation, I would need to go back to the constant calculation which is not indicated in the paper.
