Hello I am an absolute newbie. Thanks to everyone who contributes here. I am told I can find help on how to start. I just downloaded R and then RStudio. I am totally confused as all I see on the modules folder on RStudio are different files. I do not understand what they mean.
However dumb this question might seem, please help me in getting started. I am committed to learning this, my background is in HR and all I have really used and I am comfortable with is MS Excel. Thank you.
