My RStudio header shows trial_version RStudio after botched GIT attempt

I had a botched attempt at trying to use GIT with RStudio on my Windows 10 machine. So, I uninstalled GIT and RStudio and then reinstalled RStudio. But the header still shows "Trial_verion RStudio". Why? And the write.csv command does not work. Is RStudio saving the file somewhere on the cloud and not on my laptop? What do I do?

When downloading Rstudio, did you download the "Pro" version?

Thanks for the reply. I downloaded the RStudio-2021.09.2-382.exe. I do not think this is the pro version.
