Hello everyone,
I'm looking to make a heatmap on R studio via the rMEA package. First of all I have to "transform" my data so that they can be read correctly by the package. According to my readings, this data transformation is done via the readMEA() function. However when I run the code I get this error message: Error in file.exists(path) : invalid 'file' argument
Does anyone know how to solve my problem?
