Model predictions

I recently ran a model (using Mumin) to examine the differences in diet composition of two groups of capuchin monkeys in two forests with difference histories of human use. I have the final model output (a 3-way interaction of age, sex and site and two-way interactions of season with sex, age and site) but I am trying to determine the predicted percentages of each food item in the diet so that I can fill in tables like those below. I have tried using the predict function on the final model but it just returns massive lists of food category names and I am not sure where to go from there.
