Merging two datasets for two ICC studies to get a single ICC

Hi,

I gathered data from two sets of raters who scored data on 20 patients. I calculated 2 ICC’s, SEM’s and SDC.
Would it also be informative to merge the two datasets of total 4 raters (2x2) on 2 sets of different patients and calculate a single ICC, SEM and SDC?
( both samples of patientsmeasures have been collected at the same organisation on two different wards, patients are comparable in casemix)

If so, how do i create my dataframe in long format, and what syntax should I use to identify the missing data in the collums?
