I use the RStudio terminal to ssh to a server. In my .bashrc script on this cluster I've specified several environmental variables. All load and work fine, except my LS colour scheme. I'd really like to have colours to highlight directories, executables, etc. It doesn't have to be my own colours, any scheme would work. I tried crayon and colorout and now my console looks very pretty, but the terminal is blatantly unaffected.
